Closing date and time

Applications received after the closing date and time will not be accepted. It is your responsibility to make sure the application is received by Human Resources before the closing date and time.

If you are posting your application, do it several working days prior to the closing date as the Department does not take responsibility for the postal service’s failure to deliver an application before the closing date.

If you are using a third party, for example a recruitment agency or courier service, you are still responsible for making sure your application is received by Human Resources before the closing date and time. The Department does not take responsibility for late submissions of applications through the fault of a third party.

Please consult the Consideration of Late Applications document for clarification. If you are concerned your application has not been received in time please contact the HR Officer for confirmation on 9264 1777.

Always keep a copy of your application for personal reference.
